How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply click the price button in your currency. Customers from Europe should use Euro, customers from the rest of the world should use USD. Once toy clicked the button, you will be taken to the shopping cart, where you will be able to submit your order and check out, or follow a link back to the shop to continue shopping.

Which currency should I use?
Customers from Europe should use the Euro, customers from the rest of the world should use USD.

What kind of payments do you accept?
I accept creditcards through paypal, paypal tranfers, European bank transfers (using IBAN & SWIFT (BIC), Dutch bank transfers and iDeal.

Do you accept credit cards?
I definitely do! I use paypal to process credit card payments. You do not need to have a paypal account for this.

Do you accept paypal?
Yes I do. I accept both credit card payments through paypal and direct transfers.

I am from Holland, can I pay by bank transfer?
Dutch customers can transfer money to my account manually, or pay instantly by using iDeal. You will receive my account information after you placed your order.

I am from Europe, can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes, I accept European bank transfers that are made using my IBAN & SWIFT (BIC) code. When using these codes no fees should be involved. If you make your payment another way and your bank charges you fees, these are to be paid by you, I am not responsible for them. You will receive my account information after you placed your order.

Is your site secure?
Yes, my cart and payment gateways are all on secure servers. Your information will not be shared.

What are those legal reasons why Europeans should use the EURO for payments?
The prices in Euro's include 19% sales tax, which I have to charge on all orders to customers within Europe. The prices in USD don't include the tax.

When I convert the prices in EURO's to USD, they are not the same, why is that?
There are various reasons why the prices in EURO's and USD might not be exactly the same. The main reason is that the prices in EURO's include 19% sales tax. Another reason is the fluctuation of the dollar, its value changes so often, it is not possible to change my prices accordingly every time it does.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes, I ship everywhere.

How much will shipping cost?
Shipping rates are based on actual postage & packaging rates. The shopping cart will tell you exactly how much shipping will be for your order.

How often do you ship?
I go to the post office at least twice a week, so your order will always be shipped withing 4 days.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
After your item has been shipped, it usually takes 3 to 4 days for items to arrive within Europe. Items to the rest of the world usually take approximately 7 days.

I haven't received my order, what do I do?
If you haven't received your order within 1 month, please contact me at info@tizzalicious.com, and I will see if we can find out more information about what happened to your package, and how we can solve the problem.

Could you mark my order as a gift or for lower value to avoid custom fees?
I'm sorry, this is illegal and I could get in big trouble for it. So I can't do this.

Do you take custom orders?
I do! Just let me know exactly what you want by e-mailing me info@tizzalicious.com, and I will tell what I can do and how much it would cost. Then you can decide whether you want it or not.

I like this necklace, but I'd prefer it if it was longer shorter, can you do that?
Yes, I can make almost all necklaces longer or shorter, just let me know the desired length in the comments field when you check out.

Can you gift wrap my item?
I definitely can! I offer free gift wrapping with every purchase. Please leave a comment when you check out if out would like your item gift wrapped and if it's a normal gift or a gift for the holidays. I will then make sure I wrap it appropriately! I can even send your purchase directly to the person who you are buying for if you would like!

What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 14 days, in unused perfect condition. I can give you a full refund or you can exchange your purchase for another item. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Other items that are not eligible for a refund are:

Who is Tizzalicious?
Tizzalicious is a one woman company, started by me in 2007. So who am I? My name is Maartje (or Tizz!), a crafty girl from the Netherlands. I was born in Utrecht, The Netherlands in 1982. I have always loved making jewelry, sewing and other crafts, so when I found out I was not able to have a "normal" job because of chronic migraines, I decided to turn my hobby into a career, and started preparations to open my own shop!
