By placing an order you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payments

I accept paypal and Dutch bank transfers.

You don't need to have a paypal account to use paypal to check out. You can use your credit/debit card to make your paypal payment.

All website payments must be made in USD. If you would like to pay through paypal or by Dutch bank transfer and pay in Euros, please contact me before making your purchase.

Currency Converter

I cannot be held responsible for any changes in exchange rates between your order and the time you checked. Nor can I be held responsible for the validity or exactness of the information provided in the Currency Converter.

Shipping

Shipping is a flat fee of $6.50 worldwide.

All items are shipped by Priority mail in a bubble mailer. I ship within 3 business days, unless I am away from home. In that case, my profile will say I am, and it will say which day I will ship again.

International customers: You are responsible for any fees your country might charge at customs. If you have any concerns about paying customs fees, please find out what value can be imported to your country without having to pay fees BEFORE placing your order.

Unfortunately I can't mark your package as a gift, or a lower value, as this is illegal.

Purchased Items Out Of Stock

If you bought something that is sold out because you left it in your shopping cart to long, or if the item was sold out but the website said it was in stock, you can choose a different item, wait for it to be in stock again, or get a full refund.

Sizing

I can not be held responsible for items that don't fit. If you buy a clothing item, please read the measurements.

Returns

If the item you bought isn't what you expected, you can send it back to me, in unused condition, within 14 days. I will refund the price of the item, minus the shipping and paypal fees.

Items lost in the mail will be replaced. I will however wait a while before shipping again, to see if the item shows up eventually.

Custom Orders

If you like any of my items, but would prefer it to look slightly different, please contact me! Maybe you would prefer a Blythe pendant with your own doll? Or a certain ribbon used on a hair clip instead of a brooch? Just let me know, I am happy to do customs!

Wholesale

At the moment I do not do wholesale yet. I am planning on starting this soon, so if you would like to stay updated about that, just drop me a convo or an e-mail at Info@tizzalicious.com

Gift Certificates

Tizzalicious Gift Certificates can only be used on Tizzalicious.com. Gift Certificates for Tizzalicious at Etsy and DaWanda are not available.

Tizzalicious Gift Certificates do not have an expiration date. However, we advice to use them within 12 months after the issue date.

Gift Certificates are not refundable, and can not be exchanged for money. However, in the (unlikely) case that the shop will close permanently, the gift certificate holder will of course be offered a full refund.

Safety

Due to small parts, some of my products are not suitable for small children.

I am not resposible for any accidents that might happen while using or wearing my products.
