Payments
I accept Paypal, Credit Cards, Dutch banks transfers, iDeal and European bank transfers.
You don't need to have a paypal account to use paypal to check out. You can use your credit/debit card to make your paypal payment.
All payments must be made in USD or Euro's Prices in Euro's are for European residents and include 19% VAT (BTW). Prices in USD are for customers from the rest of the world.
Shipping
All items are shipped by Priority mail in a bubble mailer. I ship within 4 business days, unless I am away from home. In that case, my home page will say I am, and it will say which day I will ship again.
International customers: You are responsible for any fees your country might charge at customs. If you have any concerns about paying customs fees, please find out what value can be imported to your country without having to pay fees BEFORE placing your order.
Unfortunately I can't mark your package as a gift, or a lower value, as this is illegal.
Purchased Items Out Of Stock
If you bought something that is sold out because you left it in your shopping cart to long, or if the item was sold out but the website said it was in stock, you can choose a different item, wait for it to be in stock again, or get a full refund.
Returns
If you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 14 days, in unused perfect condition. I can give you a full refund or you can exchange your purchase for another item. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Other items that are not eligible for a refund are:

♥ Gift certificates
When returning a product, always contact me by e-mail too, so I will expect it, and so I can give you details on where to send the item to.
Gift Certificates
Tizzalicious Gift Certificates can only be used on Tizzalicious.com. Gift Certificates for Tizzalicious at Etsy and DaWanda are not available.
Tizzalicious Gift Certificates are vailid for 12 months after the date of purchase.
Gift Certificates are not refundable, and can not be exchanged for money. However, in the (unlikely) case that the shop will close permanently, the gift certificate holder will of course be offered a full refund.
Safety
Due to small parts, some of my products are not suitable for children under the age of 13.
I am not resposible for any accidents that might happen while using or wearing my products.
