If you are not a shop owner, please visit my retail shop for regular customers at www.tizzalicious.com. How do I place an Order? All orders should be placed by e-mail. Some of my items are one of a kind, others can be made in larger quantities. For availability and shipping quotes, please contact me by e-mail at info@tizzalicious.com, with the following information: ♥ Item Numbers of the items you are interested in ♥ Quantities of each item ♥ Your business name and (web) address ♥ Your business tax registration number ♥ Your preferences concerning packaging & display (I.e. tagged with my business name & website, just my name, etc.) Once I have received your e-mail I will let you know if the items are available in the quantities you request, and I will give you a shipping & handling quote. You are now ready to place your actual order. E-mail me the quantities you would like to purchase, and your choice of shipping. Or if you would prefer them in Dutch (Nederlands) click here. What is the minimum order? All wholesale orders must be a minimum of $175/€150. What kind of payments do you accept? I accept creditcards through paypal, paypal tranfers, and European bank tranfers. You do not need a paypal account to check out through paypal. You can use your credit card to pay there. My country doesn't use dollars or Euros, is there an easy way to find out how much I'll have to pay? There definitely is. Use this converter. Which currency should I use to pay? I offer prices in Euro's and US Dollars on this website. Prices in Euro's are for countries in Europe.. All other countries can pay in USD. Please note that if you are not able to provide me with a tax registration number, 19% sales tax will be added to all orders to European countries. Do priced include taxes? The prices in Euro's are for European customers, and include 19% tax. The prices in dollars are for all other customers, and do not include tax. Will I get a receipt? You will get a receipt by e-mail upon placing your order, and a printed a receipt when the items are shipped. The receipts include tax information. Do you ship to my country? Yes, I ship everywhere. How much will shipping be? I will give you a shipping quote as soon as I have received your inquiry. Could you mark my order as a gift or for lower value to avoid custom fees? I'm sorry, this is illegal and I could get in big trouble for it. So I can't do this. Will your items include packaging for display or tags? I will package my items the way you prefer. If you would like packaging for display, please let me know what kind of packaging you prefer. My personal preference is a tag with my shop name and website address, but tags without the address are also possible. Do you take custom orders? I do! Just let me know by e-mail exactly what you want, and I'll tell what I can do and how much it would cost. Then you can decide whether you want it or not. I like this necklace, but I'd prefer it if it was shorter, can you do that? Yes, I can make all necklaces shorter, or send me an e-mail. Where do you buy your charms/fabric?
